Class Descriptions

Embody classes are open to all fitness levels. Adaptations and accessible options available. 

  • Reformer, Wunda Chair or Tower class. Spring loaded apparatus that offers resistance to support and challenge the body.

  • Classical Mat flow. May incorporate small props such as the ball, band, Push-Up devices, Foam Arc, Magic circle, rollers and more. 

  • Versatile and effective full body challenge using a suspension training system.

  • Combo class incorporating the suspension training system with Pilates based exercise on the Mat or with the TRX.

  • Exercises that mimic everyday movements. A mix of strength training to build muscle and strength and cardio to strengthen the heart.
